Traditions and Politics
So todays was Matriculation. The Day when all King's Students go over and sign the registry proovin that we really do go to this school. I am now officially a King's Student. YEAY!
And I went to Chapel for the first time too.
I had a lot of cool happy things that I was going to talk about, but then I went out for dinner with a bunch of my friends (we were very close to being too late for Prince Hall). We started talking about politics and other things that really pissed me off because, well, for one there was a Californian among us that turned out to be more stereotypical than I had thought. Which is sad.
The topics included: the worthlessness of Peacekeepers and the United Nations in general, the monarchy is bad, and several other things that I can't remember now. I wasn't alone in my opinions but it really put a damper on my good mood, and I kind of wish that I'd stayed home, starved and not spent any money right now.
Anyway, now I have to descend into Hell with Dante. So my night is actually looking up.
*sigh*
