(Because I know that you want to know how I did with my plans.)
- Went to work (bah)
- Was complimented on my French by a French (Quebecois?) couple (Are you really from [this atrociously English town]? You only did two years of immersion?!), which made me feel like happy, especially since a different Quebecois (French?) guy had made fun of me for saying "donc" instead of whatever rural colloqiualism he would've preferred. I like donc; it's a very satisfying word.
- Went to Classics to return videos and rent some more (which was not on my list but should have been). They didn't have the next Jeeves and Wooster (*sob*) so I got Allo, Allo!, which is a Britcom set in France which R tells me is Hi-larious, instead. Also more Enterprise and an action movie with Keira Knightly called Domino that I thought looked good when I saw the trailers.
- Did NOT go to Indigo, but instead went to the Local Independent bookstore and bought Stardust by Neil Gaiman in an effort to get some mental therapy without spending as much money as a season of something (anything) costs. Chatted with S who works there and with whom I did pottery for uite some time.
- Did NOT get deodorant, because I forgot so I'll be stinky tomorrow instead. Hopefully it won't be too sticky weather-wise and no one will be able to tell.
- Deposited cheque (I'm rich! Rich I say!)
- Went to storage room and picked up a bunch of old kitchen supplies to sort through for what I can take ith me and what I want to take with me to Uni.
- Wore pants!
