Photo Advice

Friends! I've got a lot of photos I wanted to share. But I don't want to post them on the internet where everyone can see. So I'd like some advice for photosharing services.

What site do you use?
Can you make albums password protected for people who aren't also on that service?
Is there some piece of advice I should know about whatever photo sites I look into?
