Well, high-quality is a relative term when it comes to me and my TV-watching habits... I'll be the first to admit that. So - High-quality Characters = yes. I'd say that the plots are pretty good too, but they're definitely not why I'm watching the show. (And that's not the reason either... you filthy mind you.)
We should get together and watch Highlander or something sometime. I'm mostly busy for the next two weeks or so with travelling, but I'll send you a line when my life settles down a bunch again.
