And I just went to lunch with J and we talked about SG-1 and all sorts of other such goodness. She is really my bestest fangirl-type friend. She still can't quite believe that she didn't start watching it until this year.

Am in love with the Stargate!

(You know they have action figures, but in order to get a Stargate you have to get all 12 of them and put the pieces together. That is so wrong. All I want is the Stargate. And maybe Thor.)

Now I'm kinda nervous to watch the SGA ep, because it can't possibly be as good. Sigh.

Cheyenne Mountain

So in other Stargate news, the US government is giving the SGC all of Cheyenne Mountain. My Dad saw this in the Globe and Mail just a few minutes ago and drew it to my attention. He instists that I mention how cool he is since he knew what that meant too. And he says that he doesn't like Stargate. Pah!

And you just know that the threat from Russia and China isn't as much because they're in cahoots with the SGC. ;)
