My order from Ikea hasn't arrived yet so I'm calling in (right now actually) to ask them what the fuck is going on. Wonder of all wonders I got through to a real person right away, but of course he didn't know anything more than that my order was apparently cancelled, which is news to me especilly since they did charge it to my credit card. If with the charging thing, cancellation is quite possibly one of the only things that could explain why, after nearly double the amount of time they told me it would take, my order still hasn't arrived.

So now I'm on hold waiting for Customer Service to fix whatever the hell the problem is and get me my order NOW! and have been for the past 20 minutes.

This is going to take a while. If Ikea wasn't so awesome I'd be REALLY pissed at them right now. As is I'm just annoyed.

ETA: Alright, now I'm pissed. They won't be able to sort it out until tomorrow even after they put me on hold for a second time to try and figure it out. Why do you have a 24-hour phone service if not all of the departments are 24-hours?

Well I'm just annoyed because the outside of the BILLY box doesn't say "Warning! You need two different screwdrivers to assemble this product and they are not included! You must venture out in the rain to S&R if you want to put books in here tonight!"

I'm tempted to swear off ordering from Ikea. Going to the stores = awesome. But this ordering thing seems to be more hassel than it's worth.

I haven't tried the ordering thing yet. Maybe now I won't bother.
