It's snowing!

I really think my title says it all.

It's even staying on the ground too! La la la-la! I love the snow. My Roommates can complain all they like because they have no fat to keep them warm, but I'm really happy!

And now I must venture out into the white expanse... okay into the streets dusted lightly with snow, and head for the library. It's the last research paper of the season and I can see daylight on the other side of exams. What joy!

Can I just say...

SNOW! SNOW SNOW SNOW! SNOW! SNOOOOOOOOW!

(Which was exactly what I yelled into Emma's ear, as she was on the phone with her mother, when I glanced out the window and noticed it.) Environment Canada predicts more snow tonight and still more this week! Hurrah!

Here at the end of The Lake we have the first Winter Storm Warning in effect. It's very blowy and the snow has stayed overnight. It's supposed to get warmer though so it will become freezing and that I don't like. I love snow and I really don't like ice underfoot. Well it is December and the hope of a white Christmas is just to large to grumble about a bit of ice.

We haven't had enough snow for snowballs...YET!
