aderam | IT'S BACK!!!!

Me is V. happy! I got my computer back today. A full day before I expected to get it. (I haven't even started writing my paper on... paper... yet!) Apparently it was under warrenty (V. Yeay!) and they replaced the cooling fan. I realy hope it works now.

It seems to.

Anyway... the Odyssey is so much awesome. And, as with Apophis and Ra in the Egyptian texts, every time they mention Kronos (even though they only do that because he's Zeus' father) I think of Stargate and giggle on the inside. The Goa'uld have spoiled me for academics. But I love it anyway. (That's right Jody, everything comes back to Stargate!)

The Astronomy course is very cool. Today we went on a whirlwind tour of the universe. I really like the Prof. And also Ali from acroos the Hall is trying to switch into the class too. She doesn't like the Spanish class that she's in right now and if she can switch her FYP tutorial to meet the new schedule then we'll be going to class together ALL the time. But that's great because I love Ali.

Today I bought crackers and cheese and ran into Victor from my tutorial while at the grocery store. I live in a small world.

The next step is to see if instant coffee can actually be considered a step up from the watery stuff they have in Prince Hall. Tommorrow I experiment.

Right now, I go to dinner.
